三色矛头蝮（學名：Bothrops asper）又称「天鵝絨」、粗鳞矛头蝮，和亞馬遜雨林的矛頭蝮略不同，粗鱗茅頭蝮背上有明顯的倒V淡黃色條紋，矛頭蝮則是依序棕色、焦茶及淡黃條紋的排列。三色矛头蝮分布於中美洲巴拿馬雨林，背上的條紋可融入雨林的落葉地表，三色矛头蝮會長時間等待獵物，當遇敵時會像響尾蛇一樣搖尾（無響環）警告入侵者。
