由2007年度起，大部分班級將傳統A、B、C、D轉為K、W、S、C劃分。
K,W,S,C為桂華山中學的英文名稱（Kwei Wah Shan College）各字的首個字母。（2010-2011年度）
2011-12年度
- 中一級至中六級各設三班（K、W、S班）
- 中七級設兩班(K、W班)
