傑·巴魯契（Jay Baruchel，全名Jonathan Adam Saunders "Jay" Baruchel，生於1982年4月9日－），加拿大演員。他在喜劇電影類型較為有突出表現，以及票房賣座的成績，代表作有《登峰造擊》、《好孕臨門》、《開麥拉驚魂》；近期知名作品有替夢工廠動畫《馴龍高手》配音，與尼可拉斯·凱吉合作主演的奇幻魔法電影《魔法師的學徒》。

傑·巴魯契生於加拿大安大略省的渥太華，母親是自由作家，父親是古董商。[1][2]他早年都在蒙特婁魁北克的社區成長，[3]和他的妹妹泰勒同住。[4]他父親一半塞法迪猶太人，一半法裔加拿大人，母親是愛爾蘭天主教。[5]他說本身是個「純粹的不可知論者」。[6][7]
巴魯契是個蒙特利爾加拿大人隊的大粉絲。身上有多個刺青：在他的右手臂有個凱爾特十字[8]，前臂有他母親的娘家姓，左胸有個楓葉，在電影《好孕臨門》可被看見。[9]
