傑瑞麥亞·傑瑞·湯瑪斯（Jeremiah (Jerry) P. Thomas） (1830年－1885年12月15日) 是美國調酒師。由於他的雞尾酒開創性工作，被形容是「美國雞尾酒之父」[1] 並從事這些面的寫作，他的創造力和表演既定形象的酒保作為一個有創造力的專業人士。[2] 他經常被稱為 "Professor" 傑瑞·湯瑪斯。
