列茲金人（列茲金語：Лезгияр，阿塞拜疆语：ləzgilər，俄语：лезгины），又譯“列茲根人”，是南高加索地區的一個民族，主要生活在俄羅斯聯邦達吉斯坦共和國南部和阿塞拜疆東北部。人口約60萬，其中俄羅斯境內41.2萬（2002年），阿塞拜疆境內約17.8萬（1999年）。
