反誹謗聯盟（英語：Anti-Defamation League），是一個國際性非政府組織。聯盟總部設在美國。負責對抗反猶太主義思想，針對反猶太人的不當言論作出封鎖以維護猶太人利益。
1913年成立。最初目的是保護被誹謗的猶太人，確保公平公正對待所有公民和制止歧視。在全美國擁有百多個下級組織。總部設在美國紐約。
Abraham Foxman自1987年以來為聯盟主任。
