古希腊七贤，古代希腊七位名人的统称，现代人了解较多的只有立法者梭伦和哲学家泰勒斯两人，剩余五人一般認為是契罗、毕阿斯、庇塔庫斯、佩里安德、克萊俄布盧，但無法確定。

• 雅典的梭伦- 他的格言是“避免极端”Solon of Athens - "Nothing in excess"
• 斯巴达的契罗-（英文维基是You should not desire the impossible.（你不应该渴望不可能的欲望））他的格言是“了解你自己”Chilon of Sparta - "Know thyself"
• 米利都的泰勒斯- 他的格言是“過份的執著會帶來毁灭”Thales of Miletus - "To bring surety brings ruin"
• 普林纳的毕阿斯（这是网络上流传的）- 他的格言是“过度会使得事情变糟”Bias of Priene - "Too many workers spoil the work"
• 白加孟古城的拜厄斯（这是我从英文维基上翻译的，Priene是地名，现在位于土耳其的白加孟古城，Bias是他的名字）- 他的格言是“大多数的男人都是坏人”Bias of Priene - "Most men are bad."
