哈娑舞

哈娑舞（英：Hustle，又译“哈梭”、“哈斯尔”）是对1970年代数种十分流行的迪斯科舞的昵称。一般可以将哈娑舞归类于摇摆舞(Swing dance)。

1970年代起源于美国纽约和佛罗里达的西班牙裔社群，结合了曼波(Mambo)和萨尔萨(Salsa)的舞步特点，又掺杂了一些摇摆舞(Swing dance)的技巧，并加入了数1 2 3等。
