哈里·哈蒙德·赫斯（Harry Hammond Hess，1906年5月24日－1969年8月25日）是一位美国地质学家，第二次世界大战期间担任过美国海军的军官。哈里·赫斯被认为是板块构造论的奠基人之一，提出了著名的海底扩张学说。
