《唐頓莊園》（Downton Abbey），是一部由英国媒体公司Carnival Films为英国独立电视台（ITV）制作的时代迷你剧，创作人及主笔是演员兼作家朱利安·費羅斯（Julian Fellowes）。时间设定在1910年代英王乔治五世（George V）在位時[1]约克郡一個實際上虛構而名叫「唐頓修院」的莊園。本剧由休·博內威利（Hugh Bonneville）及瑪姬·史密斯（Maggie Smith）主演。2010年9月26日，该剧在ITV1台首播。

故事发生在虚构的唐顿庄园，也就是本姓克勞利（Crawley）的世襲貴族葛量洪伯爵（The Rt Hon The Earl of Grantham）夫婦的祖傳府第[4]，圍繞著他們的家族和仆人们的種種形式的生活。第一輯第一集的故事時間設定於1912年四月，以奧林匹克級郵輪鐵達尼號處女航時撞上冰山後沉沒的海難事件為故事的引子，而第二輯的故事開場已經是歐戰爆發後的1916年索姆河戰役。
剧组以伯克郡的海克利尔城堡（Highclere Castle）[5]拍摄大宅外觀及部分大宅的內景。仆人的起居場景則在Ealing Studios（一家电影及电视制作公司）搭建及拍摄。[6]
剧组还在牛津郡的班普顿的村庄取外景，特别是圣玛丽教堂及村图书馆，用于安排做剧中庄园医院的入口。剧中角色还经常提起北约克郡的马尔顿（Malton）的村镇、伊辛沃尔德（Easingwold）、柯比（Kirkby）；里彭（Ripon）和瑟斯克（Thirsk)也有提及。然而，唐顿的物业以虚构的唐顿村为中心，某些英格兰乡下会叫这个地名，但不在约克郡。

第一季于2010年9月26日开始播放，故事从1912年4月鐵達尼號沉没，一直到1914年第一次世界大战爆发。故事的焦点集中在承襲葛量洪伯爵的Crawley家族，現任伯爵在還是继承人的時候，跟富裕的美国豪門出身的女子結婚，妻子的妝奩按照規矩成为家族资产的一部分，解決了伯爵府的財困。夫婦婚后只育有三个女兒，家业和爵位需要一位男性继承人，長女瑪麗一直暗暗物識合适的夫婿，但過程並不順利，在肥水不流別人田的原則下，新的繼承人，來自曼彻斯特的年轻律师Matthew似乎是个選擇－－原继承人在鐵達尼號沉没的海難中丧生。

2010年ITV的剧集运营导演Laura Mackie确认2011年将播出第二季：
我们很高兴观众对《唐顿庄园》的回应，反响很积极。我们对该剧获得ITV1台观众的喜爱感到非常自豪。因此，我们激动的宣布新一季将在2011年播出，观众将会和Crawley家族及仆人们度过一段更长的时间。[13]
第二季在在英国于2011年9月18日首播，在美国则预定在2012年1月8日播放。[14]本季还会播放圣诞特辑。[15][16]
第二季由八集组成，从1916年的索姆河战役到1918年康边停战协定，涵盖了很多其他历史事件，如凡尔登战役、1917年俄国革命及耶路撒冷战役；在后方，遭遇了男性劳动力短缺。还有大卫·劳合·乔治（老伯爵夫人很轻蔑他）当选首相及战时联合政府的建立。Matthew Crawley,、Thomas和William Mason都从前线退下；Tom Branson不确定他是不是想为英国作战；Grantham伯爵因为年龄而无法服役。Sybil Crawley小姐不顾她的贵族地位参加了亚历山德拉王后的皇家护士部队。[17][18]本季于2011年3月开始拍摄。[19]
Michelle Dockery、Dame Maggie Smith、Brendan Coyle、Rob James-Collier、Dan Stevens，[2]Elizabeth McGovern、Hugh Bonneville，[20]Jessica Brown-Findlay、Laura Carmichael、Joanne Froggatt、Phyllis Logan[21]和Allen Leech[22]都会在第二季中回归，Cal Macaninch、Iain Glen、Amy Nuttall、Zoe Boyle及Maria Doyle Kennedy则会新进加入，[23]分别扮演新的男仆Lang、Richard Carlisle爵士、新女仆Ethel、Lavinia Swire小姐及John Bates的妻子Vera。[11] Nigel Havers和Sharon Small将会出现在圣诞特辑中，分饰Hepworth勋爵及Rosamund小姐的女仆Marigold Shore。[24]

在2011年7月29日在预览第二季的时候确认[18]剧组正在拍攝第三季，故事设定在第一次世界大战停战后及1920年代。[18] Amy Nuttall将不会參與第三季的拍攝。[10]
