團結工聯歷史

團結工聯（波兰语：Solidarność，發音為：[sɔlidarnɔɕtɕ]  发音 ）是波蘭非政府工會，由萊赫·華勒沙等人，創立於1980年8月的列寧造船廠（今格但斯克造船廠）。1980年代初期，它成了蘇聯集團國土內第一個獨立工會。團結工聯發起了廣泛的反共產的非暴力社會運動，巔峰時聯合了約一千萬名成員，並成功促使共產主義垮台。

波蘭的共產黨政府曾於1981年實施戒嚴，及隨後為期數年的政治迫害，試圖摧毀團結工聯，但最終被迫與團結工聯展開談判。由團結工聯領銜的在野派，與政府合辦了圓桌會議，最後協議於1989年舉行半自由選舉。1989年8月底，團結工聯領銜的聯合政府成立，華勒沙遂於隔年12月當選總統。新政府很快的便廢除了共產政府制度，徹底改革成為現代民主國家。
