小杜威·麥可·卡特（Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr.，藝名為李尔·韦恩（Lil Wayne），1982年8月27日－），是一個美國饒舌歌手。 曾為「Hot Boyz」饒舌團體的團員之一，隸屬於Cash Money唱片公司。他曾與饒舌歌手B.G.合作《True Story》專輯。 他在1997年與「Hot Boys」展開合作，發行《Get It How U Live》。之後在1999年發行了第一張個人專輯《Tha Block is Hot》，這張專輯很快便在美國告示牌的200名排行榜上名列前茅，小韋恩並在同一年被《The Source》雜誌讚譽為最佳新人歌手。在小韋恩如此成功之後，很快地他就成為許多饒舌歌手的目標指向，包括B.G.與Big Tymers。2008年以《Tha Carter III》橫掃各個美國音樂大獎，包括格林美獎。
