巴特曼（土耳其语：Batman，庫爾德語︰Êlih）是土耳其巴特曼省首府，居民以庫爾德人為主。[3]
1950年代以前，巴特曼是一個小漁村。在石油公司搬進巴特曼後，人口才開始增加。不少土耳其工人和政府官員在巴特曼居住，現時巴特曼失業率高企。
地理與氣候 [编辑]
巴特曼所在地海拔540米，北部和南部有0.6°的下傾斜坡。[4] 城市周圍幾乎沒有樹木，Iluh River流經市中心，土壤多是柔軟多空的粘土，易受雨水侵蝕。三至五月見洪水頻發，有時在十至十一月也會有洪水。有記錄的大洪水發生於1969年4月、1972年4、5月、1991年11月、1995年3月及2006年10月。[5][6]
巴特曼屬於大陸性半乾旱氣候，冬季濕冷有冰雹。夏季乾熱，溫度可超過35 摄氏度（95 华氏度）。巴特曼的日照時間很長。[5]
