托萊多區是伯利茲的6個區之一，位於該國南部，首府設於蓬塔戈爾達，北接卡約區和斯坦克里克區，東鄰加勒比海，南面和西面是危地馬拉，面積4,648平方公里，2005年人口約27,600人。
