拉彭兰塔（Lappeenranta，或译拉普兰大），是芬兰第11大城市。位于该国东南部，濒临芬兰最大的湖泊塞马湖。距离首都赫尔辛基约250公里，而距离俄罗斯第二大城市圣彼得堡只有220公里，是南卡累利亚区政府所在地。
芬兰第三大理工大学 拉彭兰塔理工大学位于该市市区以西，距离市中心约8公里。
