新腹足類（學名：Neogastropoda），舊分類作新腹足目，是腹足纲的一個未分級演化分支，它的成員均為海螺，如：骨螺、尾喇叭螺（Urosalpinx）、蛾螺（Busycon）、芋螺（Conus）及榧螺（Oliva）等。

根據布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類 (2005年)[2]，新腹足類的演化分支包括下列六個總科：
- Buccinoidea Rafinesque, 1815
- Muricoidea Rafinesque, 1815
- Olivoidea Latreille, 1825
- Pseudolivoidea (de Gregorio, 1880)
- 芋螺總科（Conoidea Fleming, 1822）
- 核螺總科（Cancellarioidea Forbes & Hanley, 1851）
當新腹足類仍然是一個目時，它被Thiele (1921)放置於前鳃亚纲（Prosobranchia Milne-Edwards, 1848）之內[3]，屬於新进腹足总目吸螺目。新腹足類是一個自然群組，與其他的新進腹足類動物格外分明[4]。所以這個分類獲普遍同意為一個單系群[4]。
