日本國際獎日文日本国際賞英文Japan Prize)是國際科學技術財團所頒發的獎項。该奖项授予在科学技术方面取得了独创性的和飞跃性的成果,对科学技术的发展,人类的和平与繁荣做出了重大贡献的人。获奖者多为世界有名的科学家。获奖者可以得到奖状,奖牌及5000万日元的奖金。该奖项只授予在世人物。

在1981年,提出了日本也需要和诺贝尔奖所匹敌的奖项的构想。1983年确定了奖项的设立,1985年在国立剧场举行了第一次颁奖仪式。颁奖仪式上,天皇皇后首相,两院议长和最高裁判所长官都会出席。
