查理·卫斯理

查理·卫斯理

查理·卫斯理（Charles Wesley，1707年12月18日－1788年3月29日）是18世纪英国循道运动的领袖之一，约翰·卫斯理的弟弟。查理·卫斯理主要以创作大量圣诗著称。

著名作品

查理·卫斯理一生出版了5500首圣诗，其中有许多广受欢迎：

• “耶稣，灵魂的爱人”（歌词）
• “哦，愿我有千万舌头”（歌词）

其中有150首收录在卫理公会圣诗集Hymns and Psalms中。
