滾動發行（英語：rolling release）又稱滾動更新（rolling update）是指软件开发中經常性將更新發送到軟體的概念。相較於滾動發行，有標準版本和小數點版本的版本號開發模式，必需透过重新安装以取代先前的發行版。
滾動發行的開發模式是眾多軟體版本週期的其中一種，滾動發行的開發模式可以用在任何软件或軟體的集合，常見於Linux的發行版，稱之為滾動發行版。一个典型的例子是不断进行更新的Arch Linux。
