潮吹
女性射精，日本稱作潮吹，是指在女性在受到性刺激过程中达到或者接近性高潮时排出可观数量清澈液体的现象。女性射精通常可以通过刺激阴道前庭的G点（尿道海绵体，由格雷芬贝格（Ernst Gräfenberg）博士命名）达到。少数情况下，单独通过外部刺激阴蒂使阴蒂的内部组织收缩并刺激尿道组织，也可以实现女性射精。

女性射精现象 [编辑]
女性射精并不是一个新的概念。古希腊哲学家亚里士多德已经注意到它的存在[1]；2世纪时，古希腊的伽林描述了女性前列腺；義大利解剖学家Renaldus Columbus在解释阴蒂功能的时候提到了女性射精；17世纪时的荷蘭解剖学家Regnier de Graaf 曾写了一本关于女性解剖学的著作，并提及了在性兴奋过程中，女性液体的喷涌而出现象[2]。
一直到1980年代，女性射精仍然被医学界所忽视。直到Ladas, Whipple博士和Perry博士的畅销书《G点》出版，这个问题才重新浮出水面。在这本书里，作者不但提到了G点存在的实证，而且把女性射精这个问题摆到了医学界中女性性健康的前面。
虽然现在有很多医学界和科学界的人士都承认女性射精的存在，但什么时候才会有可靠的科学数据来解释女性射精的过程以及所射出液体的来源，仍然是一个巨大的空白。
Beverly Whipple博士、John Perry博士、Gary Schuback博士、Milan Zaviacic博士和Cabello Santamaria博士进行了相关的研究，但他们的结果是有限的。虽然现有的信息还不能解释射出液体的来源，多个科研小组对它进行的分析表明，它并不是尿液（因为尿素和肌氨酸酐的指数太低）。[來源請求]

基於醫學研究上的空白和一般性教育所給予的常識（即女性不具備射精的需要器官），非性学研究者對於潮吹普遍不承認，通常會認為是尿液、或者認為是成人影片所帶來的假象，又或者和女性的陰道分泌現象產生混淆。[來源請求]

不論在日本或歐美的成人影片中，時常會強調女性演員在性交中潮吹。不過，影片的演出多少有誇大的嫌疑。另一方面，成人影片為了製造噱頭，也偶爾會讓女演員在私處藏放噴水道具來偽裝女性射精，或將性行為中的尿失禁宣傳為女性射精。[來源請求]
