狮门娱乐公司（Lions Gate Entertainment）[4]是一家北美娱乐公司[5]。1997年公司始创于加拿大温哥华，目前总部位于美国加州的圣莫尼卡[6][7]。截止2011年，它已成为北美商业上最成功的独立电影和电视发行公司[8]。

1997年加拿大投资银行家Frank Giustra创建了狮门电影公司（Lionsgate Films），以投资于他的家乡正在发展壮大的电影业，公司名称来源于他家乡温哥华的著名地标性桥梁、连接市中心到北岸的狮门大桥。该公司并购了许多小的制片和发行公司，如总部位于蒙特利尔的Cinépix Film Properties（CFP）、Trimark Pictures、Mandate Pictures、以及最有名的 Artisan Entertainment[9]。
狮门公司把在加拿大的发行权卖给了由两名前狮门公司的高管Brad Pelman 和 Laurie May创立的公司——Maple Pictures[10]。最近，狮门又把Maple Pictures转卖给了位于蒙特利尔的电影发行商——Alliance Films。
狮门最卖座的影片是2012年的《飢餓遊戲》，電影現在已在全線上映；而其第二卖座影片則是2000年的《美色殺人狂》，它开启了狮门制作并发行很有争议的影片的序幕。知名影片有《众神与魔鬼》，2004年开始的《电锯惊魂》系列以及大卖的记录片《华氏911》等。
狮门与相对论传媒（Relativity Media）是重要的合作伙伴：狮门发行了相对论公司制作的许多影片。
2006年，狮门收购了美国电视制作联合公司——Debmar-Mercury，该公司在日间电视节目领域占有重要地位。
2007年，狮门购买了独立电影发行公司——Roadside Attractions的部分股票[11]。
狮门与米高梅公司和派拉蒙公司还是一家新的付费电视电影频道——Epix的合伙拥有者，Epix创建于2009年10月30日，是HBO和Showtime頻道的竞争对手[12]。
狮门业务也涉及到了音乐唱片领域[13]。
