环斑海豹（学名：Phoca hispida）为海豹科海豹属的动物。分布于寒带海域，包括中国大陆黄海等海域。该物种的模式产地在格陵兰。[2]

环海豹包括以下亚种[3]
- （学名：Pusa hispida botnica (Gmelin, 1788)），波罗的海，芬兰湾，里加湾，群岛海[4]。
- 环海豹指名亚种（学名：Pusa hispida hispida (Schreber, 1775)），北冰洋沿岸。
- （学名：Pusa hispida ladogensis (Nordquiest, 1899)），拉多加湖。
- （学名：Pusa hispida ochotensis (Pallas, 1811)），堪察加半島，鄂霍次克海，南达日本太平洋沿岸，北纬35°海域。
- （学名：Pusa hispida saimensis (Nordquist, 1899)），只生活在芬兰塞馬湖，全世界现在仅存250头。
