理查德·钱塞勒（英语：Richard Chancellor），（？－1556年），文艺复兴时期欧洲航海家冒险家。[1]他曾在北极地区进行探险活动，因而从白海经过陆路到达俄罗斯，并与其建立了贸易联系。[2][3]
