科學懷疑論(英語:Scientific skepticism)又稱理性懷疑論(rational skepticism),是一種科學或實務上,對於缺乏證據的解釋或論點之認識論觀點。在實務上,科學懷疑論一辭主要應用於一些不屬於主流科學的理論,而不是用來指科學家之間例行性的討論或爭論。
