科韋利（Ковель，波蘭語：Kowel）是烏克蘭沃倫州的城市，位於烏克蘭西北部，是科韋利區的行政中心。2009年，人口估計約有65,777人[2]。在歷史上曾屬於波蘭。戰後這裡的許多波蘭人被強制遷移。二戰期間這裡發生過激烈戰鬥。科韋利是烏克蘭西北部的鐵路交通樞紐。有鐵路通往布列斯特、盧夫諾、華沙、盧布林。
