米尔恰·卡塔雷斯库（Mircea Cărtăresc，1956年6月1日 - ），罗马尼亚诗人、小说家、散文家。他出生在布加勒斯特，1980年毕业于布加勒斯特大学文学院罗马尼亚语言和文学系。在1980年至1989年间，他曾作为罗马尼亚的语文老师，后加入作家联盟，在Caiete Critice杂志做编辑。
