紅頸鳳蝶屬（學名：Trogonoptera）又名紅頸鳥翼鳳蝶屬及鳥鳳蝶屬，是鳳蝶亞科裳鳳蝶族中的一個屬，包含了2個物種，分佈於大巽他群島及巴拉望島一帶[1]。所有物種都被列入國際貿易公約（CITES）II 級瀕危野生動物。幼蟲的寄主為馬兜鈴屬植物[2][3]。

紅頸鳳蝶屬屬於裳鳳蝶族中，裳鳳蝶亞族中，澳新界種系（又總稱作「鳥翼蝶」）中的一個屬級演化支。此屬是裳鳳蝶屬和鳥翼鳳蝶屬演化支的姐妹群[4]。
