索菲亚·迈尔斯（英语： Sophia Jane Myles ，[1]1980年3月18日－）出生于英国英格兰的伦敦，为英国知名演员。[2]

迈尔斯出生于伦敦市，她的母亲简（尼勒·阿伦）在一家教育出版社工作，他的父亲彼得·R·迈尔斯是英格兰教会的牧师。[3] 她的姥姥讲俄语，并且是半俄国血统半威尔士血统。[4][5] 迈尔斯在诺丁山长大，后来毕业于英国剑桥大学，学的哲学专业。[5]

迈尔斯和男演员查尔斯·丹斯在合作演出《尼古拉斯的冒险生活》建立了关系。[5]
2005年到2007年，苏格兰演员大卫·田纳特一直和她在拍拖，两人曾合演过《弗洛伊尔的战争》。[6]
