约翰·米勒-怀特

约翰·米勒-怀特博士（1952年2月17日—），是一位道德和政治哲学家、律师和风险投资人，被中国官方媒体誉为“新埃德加·斯诺”和“21世纪的基辛格。”[1]他是拟议《中美大战略协议》方案和文明协作及预防人类灭绝宏伟战略系列丛书的作者之一。[2]

美中伙伴关系研究中心[编辑]

《美中大战略协议提议》[编辑]

在2010年，约翰·米勒-怀特博士、戴敏夫妇和托马斯．巴尼特博士，分别担任美中关系伙伴研究中心的主席、总裁及高级副总裁，草拟了胡锦涛主席和奥巴马总统之间的《美中大战略协议》。该协议得到中国前外交部长、前驻联合国大使、前驻美国大使、前中国人民解放军总参谋部副总、前驻朝鲜和以色列武官、前商务部副部长、中国中央党校国际战略研究所、中国人民外交学会、中国国际经济交流中心、中国国际战略学会、中国国际战略研究基金会、博鳌论坛秘书长和国务院中国现代国际关系研究院的支持和参与。 并准备了给中国国家主席、国务院总理和国务委员简报。[3]

《美中大战略协议草案》的内容多次在《美国外交关系杂志》上刊登[4]，同时也发表在米勒-怀特和戴敏在人民日报和中国日报网上中[5][6][7][8][9][10]、英文专栏[11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29]和托马斯．巴尼特博士的《世界政治评论》杂志作了介绍。[30]

米勒 - 怀特博士是白石投资集团有限公司的董事长。该公司经营全球范围内的高科技的投资和转让。 涉及范围包括环保工程、计算机基芯片、航空和再保险行业。他是吉林省、天津市和重庆市政府部门的经济发展顾问， 被并以12534票，获得由中国中央委员会、国务院新闻办公室、《红旗画刊》社和《中国报道杂志社》联合主办的第三届“企业社会责任与民族振兴”高峰论坛评选的“2009·中华杰出商业领袖”颁发的“中华杰出商业领袖社会责任奖”，成为获得该奖项的第一位美国人[31]。在2007年，世界经济论坛主席和哈佛商业评论总编辑邀请他参加世界经济论坛新领军者年会。[32]从1992到2008年，他是核心资本投公司（CORE Capital Ltd）的董事长和证券、电信和电子商务公司的早期投资者，同是也是货币交易软件、广播、无线局域网、智能电子技术、互联网、保险、再保险业、航运、飞机租赁和对冲基金公司的董事及理事。

约翰·米勒-怀特是奥地利斯特拉斯堡的国际法律研究中心高级研究员， 北京大学荣誉教授研究员、中国人民大学风险投资研究中心高级顾问、中国国际经济贸易大学和北京外国语言大学客座教授和。在1984年和1985年他分别获得在加拿大和百慕大的律师资格。拥有加拿大多伦多大学荣誉政治哲学学士学位、皇后法学院和Osgoode Hall法学院的法学硕士和法学博士学位并在哈佛大学法学院，商学院进修。
