《美国法典》（United States Code，缩写U.S.C.）是美国全部联邦法律的官方汇编和法典化。
早期对美国国会法律的法典化都由私人机构进行，1874年1月22日，美国国会开始进行官方法典化活动。1926年，国会正式开始制定《美国法典》。
