艾力·寶雲（英语：Alec Baldwin，1958年4月3日－），美國電視及電影演員，也是史提芬·寶雲（Stephen Baldwin）、丹尼爾·寶雲（Daniel Baldwin）及威廉·寶雲（William Baldwin）的大哥（四人合稱寶雲兄弟）。
寶雲在好萊塢浮沉二十多年，不是演一些二線角色，就是電影不叫好或不叫座，到了2000年代情況才好轉。曾參與的電影當中，最為人所熟悉的該是马丁·斯科西斯的《飞行者》及《神鬼無間》，但反而是他在一部獨立電影《厄運急轉彎》（The Cooler）中的演出讓他於2003年獲提名奧斯卡最佳男配角獎。
現正在NBC情境喜劇《娛樂揸Fit人》中擔任男主角Jack Donaghy，亦多次憑此角入圍及贏得金球獎、艾美獎及美國演員工會獎。
