荷兰国会二院(荷:Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal, 英：Second Chamber of the States-General) 是荷兰国会的下议院。它拥有150个席位，议员由选举产生，国会二院位于海牙。

二院是荷兰国会的主议院，主要讨论一些提案和内阁施政的检讨，内阁与二院均拥有权提交法案。如果提案在二院通过，将提交给一院。
二院同时对高级法院(Hoge Raad der Nederlanden)审理的第一次挑选负责。对于政府中空缺的位置，它可以提交三个人选。
此外，廉政官员(Ombudsman)及其副手，也是在二院选出。

大选一般每四年举行一次，赢得多数席位的政党或联盟可以上台执政。
