褶邊獸科（Periptychidae），又名褶齒獸科，是古新世一科有胎盤的哺乳動物，只有在北美洲出現。牠們是演化輻射自踝節目的早期雜食性及草食性動物，與一些及現今的有蹄類有關。褶邊獸科與其他踝節目不同的是其牙齒，前臼齒腫大及垂直的琺瑯質脊。褶邊獸科不論大型及細小的屬，都有粗壯的骨骼。從已知的骨骼得知，褶邊獸科一般都是棲息於陸地的。
