達曼胡爾（埃及語: Dmỉ-n-Ḥr.w，阿拉伯语：دمنهور)），是下埃及的城市，也是布海拉省的首府，位於開羅西北160公里的尼羅河三角洲。1986年，達曼胡爾的人口是188,949。達曼胡爾屬地中海型氣候，主要在冬天降雨。
1999年諾貝爾化學獎的得主亞米德·齊威爾，於1946年在達曼胡爾出生。
