《邪恶力量》第五季, 美国超自然电视剧，讲述迪恩·温彻斯特和山姆·温彻斯特兄弟两在美国各地调查各种灵异事件并与超自然物种搏斗的故事。第五季在CW电视台播放(2009年9月10日 – 2010年5月13日)，本季一共22集。

从本季度开始为了给新剧《吸血鬼日记》表现的机会，一直在邪恶力量之前播出的《超人前传》被移到周五晚死亡档期（Friday night death slot）；但是对本剧本季度收视没有太大影响。

　　上季末，Sam把莉莉斯杀死已阻止天启，没想到的是六十六个封印的最后一个封印就是“最初之魔便是最后之封印”，天启被打开而Ruby也显露出真面目；Sam和赶来的Dean联手杀死Ruby，就当他们意识到要离开这里的时候所有的门窗都关上了，兄弟了两被困住了。
　　当路西法被释放之前，两兄弟被瞬间移动到不远处的一个飞机上，逃过一劫；而天使Zachariah以及路西法都来找他们，告诉他们Sam是路西法的容器而Dean就是米迦勒容器。Zachariah要求Dean接受米迦勒，而Ruby一事也让Dean无法再相信Sam，Dean提出和Sam分开，这让路西法有了可趁之机。
