1988年，维加出生在美国佛罗里达州迈阿密，父亲是哥伦比亚人，母亲是美国模特。她有6个兄弟姐妹，4岁时，全家搬迁到加利福尼亚州。
个人生活[编辑]
维加能说流利的西班牙语，喜欢体操运动，是一个基督徒。2010年，她和肖恩·科尔在南达科塔州结婚。[1][2]2012年，两人离婚。
