阿什顿·鲍德温·卡特（Ashton Baldwin Carter，1954年9月14日－），美国政府官员，2011年10月6日至今担任美国国防部副部长。2009年4月27日至2011年10月5日，曾担任美国国防部采购、技术和后勤副部长。（Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics）。
