阿马尔菲公国（意大利语：Ducato di Amalfilfi），或阿马尔菲共和国（意大利语：Repubblica di Amalfi）是一个曾在10世纪至11世纪实际上存在于意大利南部的以阿马尔菲为中心的独立国家。阿马尔菲城及公国领土原是拜占庭帝国那不勒斯公国的一部分，958年从拜占庭独立并首次选举公爵。在比萨、威尼斯、热那亚等北方的海上共和国崛起前，阿马尔菲一度是最显赫的经济强国和商业中心，其商人在地中海和意大利的贸易中占支配地位达一个世纪。1073年，阿马尔菲公国被诺曼人罗伯特·吉斯卡尔征服。
