马拉拉·优素福·扎伊 (普什圖文：ملاله یوسفزۍ，Malālah Yūsafzay，Malala Yousafzai，1997年7月12日－）[2][3]，又譯為瑪拉拉．尤蘇芙札（前姓後名）是巴基斯坦西北部开伯尔-普赫图赫瓦省斯瓦特县Mingora城的一名学生 。马拉拉以爭取婦女接受教育的權利而聞名。馬拉拉通過博客介紹她和朋友们在塔利班政權下的生活。馬拉拉後來贏得巴基斯坦第一屆全國青年和平獎。
2012年10月9日，馬拉拉在乘校車回家途中，遭到塔利班槍手企圖暗殺，頭部和頸部中槍，一度情況危殆。目前，马拉拉已脫離危險期，並被转送到英国治疗，並在2013年1月4日出院。为表彰马拉拉不畏塔利班威胁、积极为巴基斯坦女童争取受教育权利所作出的杰出贡献，联合国于2012年11月10日表示，将每年的11月10日定为“马拉拉日”。
