马拉拉·优素福·扎伊 (普什圖文:ملاله یوسفزۍ,Malālah Yūsafzay,Malala Yousafzai,1997年7月12日-)[2][3],又譯為瑪拉拉.尤蘇芙札(前姓後名)是巴基斯坦西北部开伯尔-普赫图赫瓦省斯瓦特县Mingora城的一名学生 。马拉拉以爭取婦女接受教育的權利而聞名。馬拉拉通過博客介紹她和朋友们在塔利班政權下的生活。馬拉拉後來贏得巴基斯坦第一屆全國青年和平獎。
2012年10月9日,馬拉拉在乘校車回家途中,遭到塔利班槍手企圖暗殺,頭部和頸部中槍,一度情況危殆。目前,马拉拉已脫離危險期,並被转送到英国治疗,並在2013年1月4日出院。为表彰马拉拉不畏塔利班威胁、积极为巴基斯坦女童争取受教育权利所作出的杰出贡献,联合国于2012年11月10日表示,将每年的11月10日定为“马拉拉日”。
