艾丹·奎因（英語：Aidan Quinn，1959年3月8日—）出生于美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥，为美国男演员。

1959年，奎因出生在美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥，他的父母都是爱尔兰人。[1][2] 他的家庭信奉罗马天主教。[1] 奎因家经常搬迁，他在伊利诺伊州芝加哥和爱尔兰的都柏林等地长大，他的母亲特蕾莎，是一个家庭主妇；他的父亲迈克尔·奎因，是一个大学教授。[3] 奎因有三个兄弟和一个姐姐，其中，他的哥哥德克兰·奎因，是著名的摄影师，奎因在19岁就参加了芝加哥的戏剧培训。[4]

奎因的妻子是伊丽莎白·布兰考，是著名女演员罗林·布兰考的妹妹，他们有2个女儿，1个被诊断出自闭症。[5]
