Download WRT54GL-US_v4.30.7.tgz, which is a 176 MB file. Gunzip it into a 704 MB file. Untar the resulting tarball. It will generate a directory named WRT54GL_4.30.7_0620_US, which might be found in the directory WRT54GL-US_v4.30.7 or not depending on what program you used to untar the tarball. Go to WRT54GL_4.30.7_0620_US/release/src/router/www/cisco_wrt54g_m/image, and the logo will be contained in the file UI_Linksys.gif.
