M96星系群 （也稱為獅子I星系群）是位於獅子座內的一個星系群，有8至24個星系，其中包括3個梅西爾天體[3][4][1][2]。這個星系群是室女座超星系團（本超星系團）的一分子[5]。
成員[编辑]
本表中所列出的星系是參照由Fouque等人進行測量[4]的鄰近星系目錄[3]、萊昂斯星系團目錄（LCG）[1]、和Giuricin等[2]的鄰近光學的星系模型，三個星表建立的。

鄰近的集團[编辑]
獅子座三胞胎包括螺旋星系M65、M66和NGC 3628[3][1][2]，是鄰近M96星系群的集團[7]。有些團體認為獅子座三胞胎是M96星系群的一份子[4][2]，但這兩個星系群可能都是更大集團內的一份子[7]。
