工商管理碩士（英语：Master of Business Administration，簡稱MBA）在商業界普遍被認為是晉升管理階層的敲門磚，現時不少世界知名的大學皆已設立商學院，提供相關課程給職場人士進修。按修課模式暨授課內容，大致可分為四種模式：全職進修、在職進修、高階主管班（EMBA）或遠距教學。
