POSDCORB,也称管理七职能论管理七项职能,是1937年美国社会学家古立克Luther Gulick)和英国管理学尤偉克Lyndall Urwick)所编的《管理科学论文集》(Notes on the Theory of Organization)中提出的理论,POSDCORB为各项职能的英文单词首字母,泛指七种主要的管理职能。为公共行政管理学的基本概念。
