Sybase 公司（NYSE：SY）是美國企業軟件及服務公司。

Sybase 於1984年由 Mark Hoffman、Bob Epstein、Jane Doughty 及 Tom Haggin 於 Epstein 加州柏克萊家中創立。及後製作關聯式資料庫管理系統（RDBMS）。
1986年，Sybase 發佈首個測試程式；1987年五月正式公佈首個用於線上應用程式之關聯式資料庫管理系統「SYBASE system」。Sybase 是首間製作商用主客模式關聯式資料庫管理系統的公司。
其時 Sybase 之資料庫伺服器產品名為「Sybase SQL Server」；其與 Microsoft 協議讓 Microsoft 使用其源碼製作用於 OS/2 之「SQL Server」。直至 4.9 版之前，Sybase 與 Microsoft SQL Server 差不多一模一樣。由於兩間公司對利潤分配爭議，兩間公司決定分道揚鏣，各自發展自己產品，但兩間公司之產品亦有相同之特色，如同樣使用 Transact-SQL (T-SQL)。較大之分野是 Sybase 產品有較強 Unix 背景，而Microsoft SQL Server 只用於 Windows NT。Sybase 之產品亦可用於 Windows、不同版本之 Unix 及 Linux。
1994年收購 Powersoft，產品包括 PowerBuilder。
2010年五月，德國SAP公司宣佈以五十億八千萬美元收購 Sybase。[2]
