WB電視網是美國的一家電視公司。於1995年1月11日開始播出。WB電視網的擁有者是華納兄弟公司。2006年1月24日，CBS集團與華納兄弟公司宣布將在秋季設立新的電視公司CW電視台。2006年9月17日，WB電視台停播。翌日CW電視台開播。2008年4月28日，華納兄弟公司開通了The WB的網路電視網站，播出WB電視網以前制作播出的節目。

- ^ Sources vary as to the exact composition of The WB's ownership. According to at least one source, as of 2001, the ownership was split among Warner Bros. (Time Warner) (64%), Tribune Company (25%), and Jamie Kellner's firm ACME Communications (11%) [1]. Published reports in early 2006, dealing with the launch of The CW, suggested Tribune was at the time the only minority shareholder, with just 22.5% (giving Warner Bros. 77.5%), which it would be relinquishing in order to avoid shutdown costs for WB.[2]
