不穿内裤
未穿内裤、免着内裤（英语：going commando）为一服装穿着的俚语，用来通称下半身无需一般内衣物的状态（对男性称free-balling，对女性则称free-buffing）[1]。
有些特定款式的服装，如单车短裤在设计穿着时无需内衣裤，而苏格兰裙在历来传统上并不另穿内衣裤[2][3]。这种免穿内衣裤情况也适用在大多数的泳衣、运动服[注 1]或各式睡衣[4]。
日语“ノーパン”称下半身未著其他内衣物，例如已穿着裤装或裙装，但只是未著内裤（并未裸体或完全未着衣）——和制英语ノー・パンツ（no pants）、ノー・パンティー（no panties）两者的略称。

英语的go commando（字面意思为“进入别动队模式”），追溯其起源或意义有些含混不清，目前某些观察可能指：出行在外（out in the open）或（军事上）即将动作（ready for action）[5]。

日本医学博士丸山淳士曾提出不穿内裤健康法，认为“在睡眠时不穿内裤较健康”（パンツを脱いで寝ると体によい）[6]。

过去在日本曾有风俗店以女性店员不穿内裤作为标榜，例如不穿内裤咖啡厅（ノーパン喫茶店）与不穿内裤涮涮锅（ノーパンしゃぶしゃぶ）等业者。
