拉斯维加斯单轨电车（英语：Las Vegas Monorail）是一条位于美国内华达州克拉克郡内的单轨大众捷运系统，总长3.9英里（6.3公里）。单轨电车连结了天堂市和温彻斯特的非建制地区，而并未真的进入拉斯维加斯市的范围内。系统由拉斯维加斯单轨电车公司（Las Vegas Monorail Company）拥有并负责营运。由于单轨电车属于公众服务，因此该公司在内华达州的法律许可下注册为非营利组织。内华达州政府以债券方式提供资助，除此之外建设过程中并无任何公共财政的支出.^[3]^[4]。

营运[编辑]

目前的单轨电车路线由赌城大道南端的美高梅大酒店出发，并沿着赌城大道东侧几近平行延伸，行经拉斯维加斯会展中心（Convention Center）和拉斯维加斯赌场饭店（Las Vegas Hotel & Casino）等车站后，在赌城大道北端的SLS饭店（前身为撒哈拉饭店）处结束。整趟行驶时间约为15分钟，总距离为3.9英里（6.3公里）。

单轨电车轨道位在赌城大道东侧的饭店和赌场后方，距离赌城大道约有一个较长的街区远。一般情况下，乘客下车后需要穿越赌场才能到达赌城大道。由于其缺乏与大道的直接连结，加上饱受批评的票价设定，使得居民与游客对单轨电车的接受度成长缓慢^[5]。

规划中的新拉斯维加斯体育场将兴建于百利酒店和巴黎酒店的后方，将可与现有的百利酒店车站直接连通。

建造与规划[编辑]

拉斯维加斯单轨电车是由内华达金斯勒（事务所）设计，机电工程设计则为拉斯维加斯的卡特与伯杰斯公司（Carter & Burgess，现为贾克伯斯工程集团（Jacobs Engineering Group））。建造施工由加州的葛兰尼工程公司（Granite Construction）负责，该公司是美国最大的民间承包商之一。

拉斯维加斯单轨电车的车辆与号志系统由庞巴迪运输开发，使用的技术与华特迪士尼世界度假区内的单轨电车相同。庞巴迪为了拉斯维加斯和迪士尼专门制造了型号为“MVI”的单轨电车。

系统共有九辆庞巴迪的“MVI”型号电车，每辆列车共有四节车厢，并为全自动操控。轨道以当初的“ALWEG”标准建造。在开后后的前七年，单轨电车仅在美高梅大酒店与百利酒店间行驶。在这段期间，系统所用的是两辆曾行驶在华特迪士尼世界度假区的电车^[6]^[7]^[8]^[9]^[10]。每辆四节车厢电车的载客量约等于两辆有40个座位及160个站位的双节公车^[11]。电车最高的时速为每小时50英里（80公里），但仅有一小段路线以此速度行驶。

系统中所有的车辆内外皆提供刊登广告，以获取额外的营收。

票价[编辑]

拉斯维加斯单轨电车的单程票价为5美元，可供单次进出车站搭乘使用。一日票价格为12美元，可供一人在24小时内无限次搭乘电车；三日票的价格为28美元，可供一人在72小时内无限次搭乘；两种票券的时限皆以首次进入车站闸门的时间起算。^[12]

内华达州的居民每日最多可以1美元的优惠价购买两张单程票，优惠票仅能在萨哈拉站和美高梅大酒店站的票亭购买。^[12]

营运时间[编辑]

拉斯维加斯单轨电车在周一至周四的营运时间为早上7点至隔天凌晨2点，周五至周日则延长结束至隔天凌晨3点。
