本达拉野生公园
邦达拉国家公园位于斯里兰卡可伦坡东南245公里[1]，是197种鸟类候鸟过冬的重要栖息地，其中包括以群体迁徙的大红鹳[2]。邦达拉在1969年设立野生动物保护区，在1993年1月4日成为国家公园[1]。1991年，邦达拉成为斯里兰卡第一个受湿地公约保护的地区。2005年，联合国教育、科学及文化组织把国家公园列为斯里兰卡第4个生物圈保护区[3]。
