美国女子公开赛（英语：United States Women's Open Championship）是一项女子职业高尔夫巡回赛赛事，也是美国女子职业高尔夫球巡回赛（LPGA Tour）的大满贯层级赛事，也是唯一一项设立时就属于大满贯赛事的公开赛。

与美国公开赛相异，美国女子公开赛并未被全球公认为大满贯赛事。欧洲女子高尔夫巡回赛（Ladies European Tour）不承认美国举行的三场大满贯赛事，而日本女子高尔夫巡回赛有自己的大满贯赛事。

在2007年，非美国选手人数第一次超过美国选手^[1]。2008年赢得冠军是韩国的朴仁妃（Inbee Park），当时她年仅19岁，成为赛事有史以来最年轻的冠军。

2011年锦标赛于7月7号至10日在科罗拉多斯普林斯布罗穆尔球场（Broadmoor Golf Club）举行，冠军是韩国的柳箫然。
